The 2006 Sefton Triathlon was my first sporting competitive event. It was made even more special because it was the first time that I had been chosen to represent my school. It was a great experience and lots of fun. I had to do lots of training for the swim. I came third in the event and received a nice medal. My mum said that she was proud of me and that I was like a fish in the water. I was also very proud of myself because I was able to represent the school and win a medal for them.
