My name is Jonathan Daley and I have taken part in the Sefton Triathlon Disabilities section for the last 2 years. I am 16 yrs old and go to Range High School in Formby, Merseyside. Taking part right from the start and in fact my school did the first trials for the disabled section on a cold day in December. My sister takes part in the main event, so for me it's a family sporting day. It's great fun and the day is terrific. I have won the handcycle section twice now and am going for my 3rd on June 30th. I have met all sorts of people like Sir Steve Redgrave and helped interview him on a presentation day. The most exciting day was when I went to a presentation and had my photo taken with Jamie Carragher from Liverpool FC my favourite club. Why don't you come and join us for the next event, the biggest ever and meet some famous people, get involved in a great event and compete in our own disability triathlon. The organisors have promised us more sporting people will take part so I can't wait to see them all.
