Welcome to the Sefton Triathlon help page. Please feel free to browse the site to see the fantastic times I have enjoyed, the many places I have been and the great friends I have made through the sport of triathlon.
My first event was the Crewe & Nantwich Sprint Distance in 2000. I took part along with thirteen family members as a remembrance & fundraising day. The rest as they say is history..........!!
I am not an elite or professional athlete and fit everything I do around a sixty hour working week. If you are looking at this event as a personal challenge to get fit or stay healthy or involved in a sponsored or charitable cause for the benefit of others I am happy to provide answers to any questions you may have, with some useful tips for do's & dont's in preparing for your Sefton Triathlon Challenge. Good Luck!
