Sefton Triathlon 2008 entry form

To enter the triathlon you must FILL IN AN ENTRY FORM and send it to the appropriate address. The forms are available at the back of the Sefton Triathlon flyer.

If you haven't been able to get hold of a copy of the flyer then you can download an electronic version to your desktop. Once it has downloaded, you can print it off and fill in the sections required.
